Refund & Return Policy

At RAW HAUS, we take pride in providing high-quality RAW HAIR. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than an error on our part.

Before placing your order, please read all product descriptions carefully and check our social media for additional photos, and videos to make sure you are choosing the product for you.

Damaged or Opened Packages

All orders are packed securely in bubble mailers with extra protection to ensure they arrive safely.
If your package arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by USPS, UPS, or any other carrier.

Product Issues Caused by Us

If you receive a lip gloss or lip liner that is  defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
